When we’ve lived in survival mode for so long, it can be hard to even recognise what calm feels like.

In this journaling circle, we’ll gently explore what regulation means to us, what stress feels like in our body, and what helps us feel just a little more grounded. Through guided prompts and a soft shared space, we’ll begin to notice the patterns our nervous system holds, and meet them with care, not judgement.

You don’t need to have the right words or the perfect mindset. You just need a pen, a quiet moment, and the willingness to listen inward.
